I really want to share some of my favourite dishes with big flavours, and I think the selections in this menu have it.

Please note when choosing this menu all guests are required to have the same selections (with the exception of Veg/Vegan/gluten alternatives)

Duck Breast with a soy honey ginger glaze with sweet potato mash 

Lamb Fillet, Potatoe Terrine, Seasonal Vegtables, Spiced Aubergine Puree, Mint Salsa Verde

Baked Cod Loin with Green Crust, Potato and creamy leeks & peas

Celeriac steak, hasselback potatoes, salsa verde, white bean puree, tenderstem broccoli
